品牌策劃中的歐賽斯經典方法之Zoom Out
什么是Zoom Out?
Zoom是照相機鏡頭調焦的一個專業名字,所謂Zoom Out就是拉遠來開,Zoom Out的本質是跳到月球看地球。
為什么要跳到月球看地球呢?這是因為你不拉遠,看不到整體、看不清大形勢、看不清大趨勢,會被表面的、局部的信息所迷惑,這就是所謂的只見樹木、不見森林。
看清大勢,才是企業真正的戰略。
在做品牌戰略規劃的時候,怎么做Zoom Out呢,我們這里用兩個案例來說明一下。
第一個案例是恒大糧油。恒大糧油所處的糧油副食品市場是一個存在巨無霸巨頭的市場,中糧及嘉里糧油是這個市場的兩大寡頭,在這樣的一個寡頭壟斷的市場,新晉品牌競爭難度何其巨大,可想而知,而這樣市場的品牌戰略無疑要從拉遠看、看大勢入手,才能找到破局之道。

第二個案例是歐賽斯操作的胖哥檳榔案例。
2019年3月8日一早,海南省檳榔食品行業協會發布的“關于停止廣告宣傳的通知”(下稱“通知”)。該“通知”稱,為“落實湖南省市場監督管理局對行業相關企業的行政指導會議及常務理事會特別會議精神”,將食用檳榔停止廣告宣傳工作,停止廣告宣傳工作“要在3月15日前全部完成”,該“通知”發布日期為3月7日,并且立即執行。
